SCAN (Smart Content Aggregation and Navigation) is a program that combines functions of searching, text analysis, tagging and metadata to give the user a new experience when browsing their desktop and managing their documents.

The objective of SCAN to convert itself into a solution for the main problems of organizing personal content and locating documents. The program brings together different data flows from diverse information sources into one semantic space. In that space you can explore and do searches to quickly find exactly what you need.

SCAN is designed to be a flexible work component that is highly configurable to adapt itself to the needs of the user. It is also highly extendable, thanks to plug-in use for new formats and document locations, and add-ons for the user interface.

NOTE: To make sure SCAN works correctly, you need Java Runtime Environment previously installed in your PC.
